1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing CamFindly, you agree to these Terms of Use and all laws applicable in your location. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Adults only

CamFindly is an independent directory and affiliate publisher. • Incest, bestiality, extreme violence, hate, harassment, doxxing or other illegal or harmful material.

Report suspected illegal or non-consensual content immediately through our content-removal process. Do not download, share or preserve illegal material except as specifically directed by competent law enforcement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• circumvent access, age, security or geographic controls;
• scrape, harvest or overload the site through abusive automated requests;
• record, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit a performer’s content;
• misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting a complaint;
• introduce malware, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access;
• use the site to violate privacy, intellectual-property or publicity rights.

6. Intellectual property

Performer names, images, videos, trademarks and platform materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. 12. Privacy, complaints and removal requests

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Copyright, performer, privacy and non-consensual-content complaints must use the DMCA procedure.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version is identified by the date above. These terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
