1. Our removal commitment

CamFindly respects copyright, privacy, publicity rights and performer consent. We review sufficiently complete notices promptly and will remove or disable our own references to material that is infringing, illegal, non-consensual, misidentified or otherwise unauthorized without undue delay. Urgent safety concerns and any report involving a suspected minor receive priority.

2. Information required for a copyright notice

A valid notice should include:

• a physical or electronic signature of the authorized person;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• the exact URL and enough information for us to locate the material on this website;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

3. Performer, privacy and non-consensual-content requests

A performer, depicted person or authorized representative may request removal of an image, video, profile or personal information. Identify the exact site URL, the profile or performer name, the reason for the request and a reliable way to contact you. Do not send identity documents through this form. If identity evidence becomes necessary, we will provide a separate secure method.

Reports concerning minors, coercion, trafficking, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery or non-consensual AI-generated sexual material must be clearly marked in the request. We may preserve and disclose relevant information when legally required to protect a person or cooperate with competent authorities.

4. What happens after submission

We check that the request is complete, locate the material, assess our own publication and remove or disable the affected page, image, embed or link when appropriate. If a third-party platform hosts the underlying material, you may also need to contact that platform. We will still act on material controlled by this website.

We may contact you for clarification and may forward a copyright notice to the content provider where legally permitted. Knowingly submitting a material misrepresentation may expose the sender to liability.

5. Counter-notification

If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to contact@camfindly.com. Include your signature, identification and former location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your name, address and telephone number, and the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.
