How CamFindly collects, uses, shares and protects personal data.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Who controls your personal data
CamFindly, the name under which this website operates, is the controller of personal data processed directly through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@camfindly.com.
Third-party webcam platforms, affiliate networks, hosting providers and embedded-content providers may act as separate controllers or processors for data they receive. Their own privacy notices apply to their services.
2. Data we collect
- Technical and security data: IP address, request date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser, device information, error data and security events may be processed by the website and its hosting infrastructure.
- Preference data: your age-confirmation status and cookie choices are stored locally in your browser.
- Contact and rights-request data: full legal name, email, mailing address, platform, performer username, URLs, takedown reason and any information you submit through a contact or removal request.
- Affiliate data: campaign identifiers, placement identifiers, SubIDs, click time, landing page and conversion attribution data may be transmitted when you follow an affiliate link.
- Partner-content data: if you allow optional partner content, the external provider may receive your IP address, browser data, referrer and interaction data and may use cookies or similar technologies.
We do not ask for payment-card details, webcam-platform passwords or government identity documents through this website.
3. Why we use data and our legal bases
- To deliver pages, protect the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
- To remember strictly necessary access and privacy choices based on the necessity of providing the requested service and complying with applicable rules.
- To load optional partner content and non-essential tracking only after consent where consent is required.
- To respond to contact, privacy, copyright and removal requests based on legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting users and rights holders.
- To administer affiliate attribution and prevent fraud based on consent where required and otherwise on our legitimate commercial interests, subject to your legal rights.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary browser storage records age confirmation and privacy choices. Optional third-party content is blocked until you accept the relevant category. You can accept, reject or customize choices on the first layer of the banner and reopen “Cookie settings” at any time. Full details are provided in our Cookie Policy.
5. Affiliate links and third-party websites
This website is an independent affiliate directory. Clicking a partner link takes you to a separate website. That platform controls its accounts, payments, live rooms and user data. Affiliate URLs may contain SubIDs or campaign parameters used to attribute a registration or purchase. Review the destination platform’s privacy policy before creating an account or making a payment.
6. Who receives data
Data may be disclosed only as needed to hosting and security providers, email-delivery providers, professional advisers, affiliate networks, webcam platforms, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies. We may also disclose data to protect a person’s safety, investigate illegal content, enforce our terms or comply with law. We do not sell contact-form or removal-request data.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. The destination platform is responsible for explaining its own transfers.
8. Retention
- Age confirmation is stored in your browser for up to 30 days.
- Cookie preferences are stored in your browser for up to 180 days.
- Technical logs are retained only for the period needed for security, diagnostics and legal compliance, normally no longer than 30 days unless an incident requires longer preservation.
- Contact, privacy and removal requests may be retained for up to three years after closure, or longer when required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send a request to contact@camfindly.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, but do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.
10. Children and age-restricted content
This website is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has accessed the service or appears in any referenced content, stop interacting with the material and report it immediately through our content-removal process.
11. Security
We use proportionate technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and loss. No internet service is completely secure, so do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to contact@camfindly.com.
