CamFindly contains or links to sexually explicit material. Access is restricted to people who are at least 18 years old and have reached any higher legal age required where they are located. Minors must leave immediately.

2. Access confirmation

On entry, the site asks visitors to confirm that they meet the applicable age requirement. The confirmation is stored locally in the browser for up to 30 days and does not contain a date of birth or identity document.

3. Jurisdictions requiring stronger age assurance

A self-declaration is not sufficient in every country or state. Where law requires an independent age-assurance method, access must remain blocked until an approved, proportionate method confirms adulthood. That method may be operated by a specialized provider under its own privacy notice and should disclose the data used, the result returned and the retention period.

The site operator must configure the legally required method for each targeted jurisdiction before making explicit content available there. If no compliant method is available, access from that location should be restricted.

4. Privacy principles

Age assurance should use the least intrusive effective method, separate proof of age from browsing activity where possible, minimize data, protect it in transit and at rest, and avoid retaining identity evidence longer than necessary. This website does not ask users to email identity documents.
